2 huge onions
1 cup coconut milk
2 tsp of black pepper
1pk of vegetable bouillon seasoning
½ box Shell macaroni
1pk pepper jack cheese shredded
1pk extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
3 tbsp butter or Pam butter spray
1tbsp Minced garlic
3tbsp finely minced cilantro
2tbsp finely minced shadow beny
2 pks smoked turkey deli slices
2 uncooked eggs
First you boil the macaroni in water, while the macaroni is boiling add half cup of coconut milk and a half pack of the veggie bouillon seasoning. Leave to boil for 10 minutes. While it is boiling, in a separate bowl you add the remainder of milk, bouillon seasoning, garlic, cilantro, black pepper, and shadow beny. Mix together completely before adding the raw eggs. Now that the macaroni is finished you can pour it into the bowl and mix together while still hot. Now you can peel and cut the onion in half keeping its cup like shape. Rub down or spray the onion with butter then place the deli slices inside the onion. Now mix in one and a half pack of cheese in the macaroni. Add the macaroni in the onion and put the remainder of cheese on top of the macaroni. Let bake for 20 minutes on a medium oven or until cooked. Sevres 10
