1/8 cup of sugar
1 garlic clove minced
1 onion diced
1 small can of tomato paste
1/8 cup of honey BBQ
1 chopped tomato
1 cup of chopped pumpkin
1 pk of mushroom
1 tbsp of grated ginger
1 pk shadow benny minced
4 tbsp salt
4 tsp pepper
1/8 cup of oil
3 tbsp Goya seasoning
First use 1/2 of 1/8 cup of oil to pot, let heat then add salt, garlic, onion, tomato, 1\2 pk of shadow benny. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes then add pumpkin, give ten minutes to let pumpkin cook over a medium fire then stir. Now that its cooked take the mixture and blend it until its smooth. Add the rest of oil, shadow benny and all the ginger , mushrooms, dry seasoning. let cook for a couple minutes, then add tomato paste, BBQ sauce and sugar, let simmer for five minutes now add pumpkin mixture. Leave for ten minutes then mix until everything evenly distributed.
